St. Peters Church commissioned a new parish house to accommodate the growing church community. Utilizing the existing parking lot and moving the parking underground allowed a new, modern building to take its place. The landscape included two courtyards, one main event and gathering space, the other a quiet retreat at the transition to the graveyard. The original space was shared by the adjacent St Peters School so incorporating a flex, communal space which would allow children recess and activity space was important. A calming landscaped plant selection buffered the adjacent busy city streets.
